About the Role

We’re looking for a   Senior UX Designer   who thrives in dynamic, client-facing environments and is excited to design smart, user-centric solutions. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong agency experience, a proactive mindset, and a passion for working collaboratively across disciplines.

As a Sr. UX Designer, you’ll lead design initiatives from concept to execution, facilitate workshops with stakeholders, and conduct insightful user research. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, excited by innovation (especially AI), and ready to help shape the future of our design practice.

Key Responsibilities

50% – Design Execution

  • Design and prototype user experiences in Figma, from wireframes to high-fidelity UI

  • Translate insights into elegant, effective design solutions that solve real user and business problems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers

30% – Facilitation & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Plan and facilitate engaging workshops to align stakeholders and drive decision-making

  • Present work with clarity and confidence, tailoring the message to different audiences

  • Be a bridge between design and business, advocating for user needs while aligning with client goals

20% – Research & Strategy

  • Plan and conduct usability research and user interviews to inform design decisions

  • Help formulate the right research questions and approaches to gather actionable insights

  • Identify when research is needed and take initiative to drive it forward



Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years   of experience in UX design (preferably in an agency or consultancy setting)

  • Proven ability to own end-to-end design processes, from discovery to delivery

  • Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and stakeholder sessions

  • Solid understanding of user research methodologies and when/how to apply them

  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working with or contributing to design systems

  • A strategic thinker who can balance business goals with user needs

  • AI-curious or AI-forward – comfortable experimenting with new tools and technologies to improve workflows and solutions

  • Self-starter with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude – proactive, adaptable, and always looking to add value
