Monroe Harding’s mission is to change young people’s lives. Our cause is to ensure that foster care youth and other vulnerable young people build a solid foundation of strengths that position them for success in adulthood. Our cause and mission are accomplished through trauma and resiliency informed programs and services in foster care, supportive housing, clinical emotional and mental health support services, and education, career development, and life skills support services.

Who We Are Looking For
The Education Coordinator provides support and assistance to young adults working to continue and complete their education. The Education Coordinator manages all parts of Adult Basic Education, Hiset, Post-secondary, and tutoring programs.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences or related field. Two to three years’ experience in working with older teens and/or young adults required. Applicants for this job must pass thorough background check. Must have valid TN driver’s license.
