iTrust HCM is assisting our client in recruiting a Senior Test Engineer role.

Position Overview
The Senior Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of software applications. This role involves working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Essential Duties

• Design, develop and execute automated test scripts
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Identify, record, and track software defects
• Participate in requirements review and analysis
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
• Perform regression testing and validation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of software testing experience
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with automated testing tools
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Poly is a must have.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Security testing experience
• ISTQB certification
• Experience with performance testing tools

Location

• Hybrid work environment
• Must be able to work onsite as needed

Qualified candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
