A Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership, planning, organization, direction, and control of an individual project to meet the operational goals. He/She is responsible for the efficient delivery of the processes without sacrificing the company’s commitment to quality, integrity, and profits consistent with the set objectives. A Project Manager, Level I accepts ultimate responsibility for the project's success including quality assurance, safety, financial performance, and Owner satisfaction in addition to the harmonious performance of the project staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process Improvement : Continuously improve project management practices, tools, and partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Staff Management : Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support as needed, and conducting performance reviews.
• Risk Management : Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring they are addressed promptly to minimize impact on project outcomes.

• Vendor Management : Participate in vendor selection processes and manage ongoing relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
