Job Summary
Technical Skills:
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
RPA UI Path Developer
6-10 years of hands on power automate experience with multiple successful implementaticns of the RPA projects, with experience on UI Path.
Expertise in RPA development using UI Path as Primary Skill
Experience in programming (including scripting , coding).
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Powershell, etc.).
Experience with HTML 5, CSS and JavaScript is preferred.
Hands on in development in C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET.
Hands on database concepts such as DDL,DML and SQL Programming.

- Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.
- Must be able to work under own initiative with limited guidance from team manager due to the fast pace and high-volume of work managed by the team.
- Able to talk to client directly and report to client/offshore.
- Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch.
Overall exp : 7-10 Yrs
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Design develop and execute performance tests in Jmeter
2. Analyze performance test results to indentify script errors
3. Monitor apllication under test and report on results
4. Track performance metrics against customer SLA's
5. Plan validations by working with release and QA teams
Skills/Qualifications
1. Atleast 2 years of experience in JMeter performance testing tool
2. Ability to write basic SQL queries for data extraction and verfication
3. The ability to self manage and keep tasks on track in an environment where interruptions are frequent and expected
4. Core java Programming knowledge for fixing qucik simulator issues or develope test data utilities
5. Knowledge on load
runner is an advantage
6. Experience in Agile Development Life Cycle methodology
7. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
8. Good Communication and inter personal skills and able to work under pressure
