Position:

RN Labor and Delivery - Staff Nurse

Description:

Labor and Delivery Staff Nurse responsible for working 12-hour night shifts, including holidays and weekends as needed.
Duties include circulating in the Operating Room for Cesarean sections (C-sections) and Dilation & Curettages (D&Cs), supporting patients through the labor and delivery process, communicating with providers to ensure successful patient care, and providing care for couplets on the postpartum unit as required.
The nurse may also need to work in Mother Infant Couplet Care Management as needed.

Requirements:

Must be able to support patients through the labor and delivery process, including S and D&Cs.
Ability to communicate effectively with providers.
Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and float to postpartum unit and Mother Infant Couplet Care Management as needed.
Must have ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
Must be able to circulate in the Operating Room for Cesarean sections (C-sections).
