Learn to Be a Listing Agent – Start as an Inside Sales Agent
Partner with a top-producing real estate team and learn how to become a successful Listing Agent by starting in an Inside Sales Agent position. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will learn to connect with inbound leads, qualify motivated clients, and schedule appointments for both buyer and listing agents. You will strengthen your communication and follow-up skills while gaining hands-on experience in lead generation, client conversion, and relationship building, all of which form the foundation for mastering the listing side of real estate.
With daily mentorship and hands-on training from top producers, you will receive step-by-step guidance designed to help you build confidence and prepare for your transition into listings and direct client representation.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
• Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
• Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent
• Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients
• Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
• Team and individual sales

Qualifications:
• Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car
• Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Real estate license required

• Must live within the greater Phoenix area
