Responsibilities: • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information • Team and individual sales • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Set appointments • Execute consultations • Close transactions • Sales talk Qualifications: • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car • Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license required • Real estate license • Great communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area About Company: The Carin Real Estate Network is rapidly expanding!
