Our client is a dynamic, global manufacturing organization looking for a driven and experienced leader to oversee production activities across multiple shifts. This is a hands-on supervisory role focused on enhancing safety, maintaining quality, and leading a skilled team to meet daily and long-term production goals.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in industrial manufacturing (especially extrusion or assembly processes) and a passion for streamlining workflows, developing talent, and optimizing output. The position offers a clear advancement path into broader operational leadership for the right candidate.

What you are doing as a Production Supervisor:

• Lead daily floor operations, ensuring consistent workflow and shift coordination
• Maintain safety and quality standards while supporting team productivity
• Create and manage shift schedules to align with production requirements
• Track operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
• Conduct regular team huddles and performance reviews
• Coach and support team members to encourage accountability and growth
• Partner with maintenance and technical teams to minimize downtime
• Support material flow and warehouse coordination for seamless operations
• Help drive lean initiatives and efficiency improvements across production lines

What you need as a Production Supervisor:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team-building
• Familiarity with safety regulations and continuous improvement practices
• Comfortable using ERP systems and standard business software
• Able to interpret production data and adjust operations accordingly
• Mechanically inclined, with a solid understanding of manufacturing equipment
