: We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for in-house teams. This 100% onsite role involves resolving helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring seamless desktop system operation. Candidates must have strong customer service skills and expertise in Windows-based systems, Dell hardware, and Office365.
