*Join Our Team as a Remote Attorney Specializing in Title Examination**

We are seeking a qualified attorney to support our team with title examination and other title-related matters. This remote role is open to attorneys licensed in one of the following states: Indiana, Nevada, Mississippi, Minnesota, Delaware, or Connecticut.

**What You Will Be Doing:**

- Examine public records, abstracts of title, leases, contracts, and other legal documents to determine land ownership and lien positions of residential properties.
- Draft legal documents regarding property ownership and provide opinions on title issues.
- Interpret and offer advice on title-related matters.
- Review and assist with title claims.
- Research deed, filing, and other title-related legal requirements.
- Communicate with title companies regarding processing and procedural issues.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Edit legal documents for accuracy.
- Provide support and assistance to members of the Legal team.

**What We Need From You:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

- Admission to the state Bar in Nevada (additional licenses in Indiana, Mississippi, Minnesota, Delaware, or Connecticut will increase salary potential).
- Bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctor (J.D.).
- 3+ years of in-depth experience with title examination and review.
- A thorough understanding of the title process.
- A commitment to continuous business improvement.
- The ability to work closely with internal clients and meet internal SLAs.
- Effective planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work well in a team-based environment.
