Job Description

Bartender (Min 2 years Bartending with craft cocktail experience in high volume setting)

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Teamwork and respect are vital. We are focused on Teamwork and working well together.
-Detailed knowledge of top shelf spirits and wine.
-Ability to discern and connect with guest creating a memorable experience.
-Ensure and maintain bar standards at all times.
-Ensuring a well crafted cocktail quality in a fast paced environment.
-Ensure the the bar is always fully stocked to required par levels.
-Ensure that the bar is always neatly organized.
-Ensure that the restaurant and bar areas meet high standard of cleanliness and follow the cleaning schedule to include maintenance of trash from behind the bar and disposing of it.

-Help maintain all back of house storage and refrigeration areas and are kept clean and secure to include the break down of boxes.
-Making sure bar perishables are fresh and tested to ensure quality.
-Complete all side work at the beginning and closing of each shift and help other team members while on shift.
