Assistant Project Manager - Luxury Residential (Spec Homes)

Experience: 2-5 years (Production or Custom Homes)

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of residential construction experience (production or custom)

In that perfect "sweet spot": not too green, not too seasoned

Detail-oriented with a sharp eye and strong follow-through

Reports directly to Construction Manager & Business Partner

Key Qualities:

Resilient under pressure and thick-skinned

Willing to dig in and figure things out -no hand-holding needed

Self-starter who asks smart questions

Takes direction well, follows through without hesitation

Comfortable picking up the phone- strong communicator

Loves the field- jobsite presence is key

No client-facing work- support role focused on internal team execution

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily site coordination and job tracking

Support in managing schedules, trades, and materials

Help hit key milestones and project deadlines

Document jobsite progress and report challenges/issues

Troubleshoot and propose solutions proactively
