We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Composite Technician to join our team for a large-scale wet layup project. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a composite or aerospace technician.
Key Responsibilities:
Wet Layup Process:
- Execute wet layup procedures following engineering specifications and industry standards.
Prepare layup materials, including resin and reinforcement fabrics, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Composite:
-Lay up composite materials into molds, ensuring accurate alignment and placement.
-Conduct necessary curing processes, monitoring temperature and humidity.
Quality Control:
- Inspect completed components to ensure adherence to quality standards, identifying any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and any deviations from standard processes.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and improvements.

Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience as a composite or aerospace technician.
- Proficient in the use of composite materials.
- Strong understanding of wet layup techniques and processes.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Experience with advanced composite materials and aerospace applications.
