Job Description

First City Staffing is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable candidate for a warehouse Manager position located in Evansville, IN. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in Shipping & Receiving, safety programs/ OSHA, as well as purchasing experience. This is a temp to hire position that comes with multiple benefits after your 90-day conversion. Pay is $33-$38/hr and is dependent on your experience.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5 years of experience in management
• Must have knowledge of Shipping & Receiving
• Must have purchasing experience
• Knowledge of safety programs and procedures
• OSHA training
• Experience with overhead cranes
• Loading and unloading experience
• Steel service center experience preferred

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively.
• MUST have metatarsal boots or the ability to obtain before employment
