Job Description

Are you passionate about working from home as a Virtual Executive Assistant? We are looking for an experienced Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join our team! This position allows you to enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere with reliable Wi-Fi, while being part of an inclusive and forward-thinking team.

We offer a supportive environment where independence, teamwork, and a proactive mindset are valued. You'll have the opportunity to work 20-40 hours per week, with flexible hours based on your preferences. This is an hourly employee position, starting at $17 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Lead executive assistant duties including managing marketing systems, website updates, third-party platforms, content creation, and social media management.
Ensure a smooth customer experience and help maintain top-notch service flow.
Prepare and share daily and weekly reports for various clients.
Keep accurate, detailed time tracking and reporting.
Participate in regular staff and strategy meetings, and lead client meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent college education.
At least 4 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM platforms, and project management software.
Minimum of 5 years in executive assistant/project management roles.
Excellent communication skills.
A home office setup that includes a Mac or PC with high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional workspace.
