Key Responsibilities - Provide on-site security for school events, ensuring the safety of students, staff, and attendees.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and event perimeters to prevent unauthorized access and manage crowd control.
- Accompanied the student body and staff during off-campus events, offering travel security and conducting venue reconnaissance.
- Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents or safety threats, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Serve as a visible and approachable presence to foster a safe and supportive environment for students and staff.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and logs, documenting all security activities and observations.
- Perform regular patrols during events, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks or hazards.
Required Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or event security roles.

- BSIS Guard Card
- Appropriate Use of Force or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification
- Powers to Arrest Certification
- First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants
- Risk and Threat Management: Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and defensive tactics.
- Physical and Mental Readiness: High physical fitness, mental resilience, and strong decision-making skills.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication, ensuring precise, concise, and professional interactions.
- Reporting Skills: Ability to create thorough, accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, and activities supporting client needs.
- Conflict Resolution: Proven experience handling conflicts with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence and de-escalation techniques.
- Teamwork and Independence: Works well in team environments while being capable of managing responsibilities independently without supervision.
Preferred Skills & Attributes - Event Security Experience: Proven experience providing event security, ensuring crowd control, safety, and incident management.

- Unarmed Combat Proficiency: Expertise in self-defense and unarmed combat techniques for handling conflicts in close quarters or when disarmed.
