LaSalle Network is partnering with an innovative manufacturing company in search of a Treasury Analyst to join their growing team in a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. Treasury Analyst Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze daily cash positioning, ensuring timely account funding
Conduct cash reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure financial accuracy
Develop and maintain cash forecasts to guide strategic liquidity planning
Perform variance analysis to explain cash flow fluctuations
Support and refine Treasury policies for compliance and efficiency
Generate ad hoc reports to assess financial performance and cash needs
Assist with banking platform transactions (JPM Access), including wires, checks, and FX
Collaborate with departments including HR, AP, AR, Tax, and Audit
Resolve bank-related inquiries and provide high-quality internal support
Participate in Treasury projects to improve operations and scalability
Treasury Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2+ years’ experience in Treasury or Financial Operations
Strong cash management and reconciliation skills
Excel proficiency; Power BI, SAP, and Kyriba experience preferred
Highly organized, analytical, and deadline-driven
Agile mindset and experience in a fast-paced/start-up environment

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000, plus bonus. A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees. Allee Struve
