**Job Description:**
We are looking for a hard-working Transformer Shop Helper to join the Xcel Energy team in Henderson, Colorado! In this position, you will be required to complete a structured training program, and perform all aspects of Transformer Shop operation and maintenance. The applicant must be committed to working safely, be self-motivated, and work well with others.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Have the ability to be respirator qualified and pass confined space training.
+ Be physically capable of performing the requirements of the classification. (Working at height, working in confined spaces, lifting, digging etc.)
+ Possess good mathematic, verbal, mechanical and written skills.
+ Must have passed or successfully pass the EEI Construction and Skilled Trades (CAST) selection test.
+ Selection criteria may include testing and/or assessment.

Bargaining
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $33.85 per hour
