Technical Recruiter - Contract Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical landscape, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop job descriptions that attract qualified candidates. Support ATS platforms to manage the recruitment process efficiently. Source candidates through multiple channels such as social media management, networking events, and job boards. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit within the organization. Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback as necessary. Manage contract negotiations and onboarding processes for new hires. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve our hiring strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting for technical positions, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Requires flexibility to recruit in other functional areas as well. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Paycom is highly desirable. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike. Experience in interviewing techniques and assessing candidate qualifications accurately. Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus. Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes is preferred. A background in sales or human resources will be considered an advantage.
