Ab ATC Healthcare Services LLC, a leading national medical staffing franchise corporation headquartered in Lake Success, New York, is recruiting for a staff accountant to join our finance team. The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with general accounting functions. ATC Healthcare Services is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting principles and practices. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Staff Accountant will work closely with our Finance and Accounts Payable team. This is a full-time, on-site position. Main Responsibilities of the role include but not limited to::

• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist in monthly preparation of royalty packages, journal entries and analyses
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Assist with annual audit preparations
• Work with the CFO and Controller on various Ad-Hoc projects
• Performing Account/General ledger reconciliations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Must have experience completing Bank Reconciliations
• Experience with Great Plains a plus
• Experience with Royalties a plus
• Strong Financial analysis skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
• Proficiency in Excel is a must
