OverviewThe GBS Divisional Senior Solutions Architect-Salesforce works with senior leadership at the local, regional, and national level to solution options from defined requirements that support the internal sales and financial goals within GBS. The GBS Divisional Senior Solutions Architect-Salesforce works as assigned to ensure that Salesforce.com (SFDC) Solutioning Architecture activities are executed accurately, completely, and on time, coordinating with all necessary parties including business unit clients, vendors and IT. He/She must possess intermediate SQL and advanced MS Excel and work collaboratively across divisions and business units.
The GBS Divisional Senior Solutions Architect-Salesforce will perform hands-on technical implementation, project management, Salesforce.com administration and system evangelizing. This person will also be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, training, maintenance, and improvement to the platform. The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems and acting as the knowledge expert for evolving new processes within the company. GBS Divisional Senior Solutions Architect-Salesforce will define & create reports as needed and evaluate data to implement new reports as appropriate. He/She works to ensure data integrity across the organization, maintaining a reporting dictionary defining core measures on all Salesforce items built. He/She must also understand the importance of protecting Gallagher’s data and act in accordance with organizational priorities.
