About the Role:

We’re looking for an exceptional Sr. Full Stack Engineer to join our team. We care deeply about making a difference in people’s lives and hope you do too!

This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the full-stack development process, from designing backend APIs to implementing the front-end components that will consume them
  • Create lasting impact by building and continuously improving our Python and Java-based microservices
  • Work with fellow engineering team members to collaboratively create and refine technical designs and solutions
  • Collaborate with key partners including data science, product management, design, and behavioral health specialists
  • Follow and promote best practices during all phases of software development, adhering to the highest quality and security standards
  • Drive continuous technical improvement for our platforms and tooling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 6+ years of experience developing enterprise or consumer web applications• Relevant professional experience building scalable back-end services and APIs using Python and/or Java/Spring• Relevant professional experience developing web applications with React.js and React Native
  • Experience with TypeScript and state-management libraries like Redux preferred
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

$142,000 - $196,000 a year

As a full-time Sr. Software Engineer - Full Stack, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000 - $196,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
