Job Description
Our client, a music streaming service in NYC, is looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in B2B event marketing for a hybrid 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end workflows for industry events, trend reports, playbooks, digital campaigns, social content, and branded video initiatives. As the central point of coordination across creative, marketing, and stakeholder teams, the ideal candidate will bring expert-level project management skills, deep familiarity with B2B marketing environments, and hands-on experience with Monday.com to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget. This is a pivotal role for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can balance strategic oversight with daily execution in a fast-paced environment.
- This is a hybrid position and requires 1-2 days/week onsite in Manhattan.
Responsibilities- Lead the full lifecycle of complex creative projects—from kick-off through delivery—across event marketing and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, marketing, and external vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee planning and execution of B2B industry events, branded content initiatives, and marketing assets to drive engagement and business impact.
- Manage production schedules, reviews, approvals, and resources using Monday.com to ensure seamless project tracking and transparency.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage changes in scope or timelines with clear communication.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project stakeholders, keeping all parties aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure brand consistency, creative quality, and business objectives are upheld in every deliverable.
- Track project performance and deliver post-mortem analyses to drive ongoing improvement.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in project management or creative operations, specifically within B2B event marketing or integrated marketing environments.
- Proven success managing a variety of creative project types, including events, digital campaigns, branded content, and social media assets.
- Proficiency with Monday.com and other project management tools.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working with creative teams and understanding of creative development workflows.
