About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to support Workday’s partner marketing initiatives. This contract role is ideal for someone skilled in content marketing and digital strategy, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and channels. You’ll play a key role in supporting the development and execution of digital content strategies that elevate the Workday Partner Ecosystem and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Digital Content Strategy Support: Assist in creating and executing content and media marketing plans aligned with Workday’s Global Partner Organization (GPO) priorities and broader marketing objectives.
• Social Media Collaboration :
  • Help manage the Workday Partner LinkedIn channel by contributing engaging, partner-focused content.
  • Support social media campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
• Digital Content Activation: Assist with curating, producing, and activating digital content across multiple owned platforms including our workday.com partner pages - creating a strong online presence that builds the Workday ecosystem brand, educates and guides visitors at all stages of the user journey
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with corporate social media, content marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to integrate our strategies and support the execution of partner content initiatives.
• Partner Marketing Support: Collaborate with global and regional partner teams to understand marketing needs, identify co-marketing opportunities, and contribute content and media solutions.
• Performance Insights: Help track and analyze the performance of content programs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Trusted Partner Resource: Provide partners with best practices and guidance on campaign execution and optimization.

Basic Qualifications

• 15+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance management, ideally in the technology industry.
• 10+ years in social media and content marketing with a demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Strong collaborator with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external agencies
• A creative eye and attention to detail in refining digital content
• Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset—able to translate data into insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proactive and flexible self-starter.
• Adaptable, with excellent prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a sense of humor and a collaborative approach.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $43.97/hour - $58.62/hour
