Position Summary: We are seeking a Sous Chef with fine dining experience and a no-nonsense attitude. As a key part of our team, you’ll support our Executive Chef in leading the kitchen, maintaining quality, and inspiring excellence. This is a five-day-a-week role if you’re ready to dive into a challenging yet rewarding environment where hard work and commitment to quality are our only expectations.
Key Responsibilities: •
Station Mastery : Work across all stations, from Garde Manger to Pasta, Saute and Grill , ensuring all DOH regulations are in place, stations are ready for service, and dishes are consistently seasoned and plated with care, guests should feel the love in the food.

Showcase Your Skills: Bring your culinary expertise to each dish, elevating our Italian-Asian menu while setting a high benchmark for creativity and precision.

Service Leadership: Expedite service, sometimes while working stations, to coordinate timing and maintain quality delivering a memorable dining experience. Be a role model for those around you, lead by example.

Inventory & Ordering: Work closely with the Executive Chef to source ingredients, maintain inventory, and place orders ensuring our kitchen is always stocked with what we need while not overspending.

Mentor and Train the Team: Play a crucial role in training and mentoring to foster a team that shares your commitment to excellence.

Menu Development: Collaborate on menu creation, bringing new ideas and innovations.

Efficient Daily Operations: Oversee production and service while verifying the opening and closing procedures are followed.
