We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who is passionate about telling stories, engaging communities, and making a lasting impact online. This is not just a contract position; we are seeking someone to grow with us long term, with the potential for full-time, in-house employment at the end of the 90-day period based on performance.



Role Overview:


As the Social Media Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to lead the social media strategy for two renowned brands. You will develop and execute innovative social media campaigns that elevate both Sunda's cutting-edge dining experience and Blueprint's high-energy nightlife brand. This hybrid role offers a mix of on-site content creation and remote strategy, making it a perfect blend of creativity, leadership, and flexibility. The ideal candidate will be ready to take on a central role in growing our brands' digital presence and establishing a deep connection with our audiences. Availability to work nights and weekends is required to capture content during peak hours and special events.



Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that reflect our brands? identity, elevate their presence, and drive customer engagement across all platforms.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality photo and video content that showcases the ambiance, offerings, and experiences at Sunda and Blueprint, as well as the personal brand of the CEO/Founder.
• Content Calendars: Plan and organize content calendars to maintain a consistent and exciting stream of posts that reflect brand objectives and special events.
• Publishing: Post engaging and creative content, including photos, stories, and updates, to our social media channels, keeping followers informed and engaged.
• Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally, fostering a loyal and engaged online community.
• Customer Service: Handle inquiries and concerns via social media, ensuring exceptional service and swift solutions.
• Influencer Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with influencers and collaborators who align with our brands? values and audience.
• Brand Partnerships: Oversee brand partnerships to create compelling, mutually beneficial content and promotions.
• Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize social media strategies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment sectors.
• Proficiency in photo/video editing software and apps (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
• Expertise with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including knowledge of current trends and platform best practices.
• A strong portfolio of content creation that demonstrates creativity, quality, and attention to detail.
• Solid communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a hybrid team environment.
• Familiarity with Nashville?s social scene and cultural landscape is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

• SEO and knowledge of social media algorithms.
• Experience with A/B testing and content optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and pivot strategies based on insights.
• Collaborative skills with marketing, design, and PR teams.
• Trend awareness and adaptability to the ever-changing social media landscape.
• Crisis management experience or the ability to handle negative PR situations with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Nashville-based, with the ability to work on-site for content creation and meetings.
• Flexibility to work remotely as needed.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus.
• Availability to work nights and weekends for content creation during events and busy times at our venues.

Salary: Contract 1099
