Title: Siemens Opcenter Manufacturing Systems Engineer
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)

Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Siemens Opcenter Skilled Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have 11-13 years of experience in the design and configuration of MES/MOM systems, with a strong emphasis on Siemens Opcenter.
- They will be proficient in customizing Siemens Opcenter using JavaScript, Java, and other technologies to align with advanced manufacturing processes and workflows.
- The candidate will also have comprehensive experience integrating Siemens Opcenter MOM with SAP S4/Hana modules and possess strong
- leadership skills to guide the team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Configuration: Lead the design and configuration of MES/MOM systems, including Manufacturing Execution, Advanced Planning and Scheduling (for detailed scheduling), Quality Management (for process quality control), Laboratory Information Management Systems, Intraplant Logistics, Tracking, Traceability, and Genealogy for Lithium Iron Phosphate Electric Voltage battery manufacturing
- Customization: Customize Siemens Opcenter using JavaScript, Java, and other relevant programming languages to meet specific manufacturing process requirements and workflows. Develop and implement tailored solutions that optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality.
- System Integration: Integrate Siemens Opcenter MOM with SAP S4/Hana modules, including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Production Planning, Enterprise Warehouse Management, and Quality Management (for incoming quality control and finished goods quality control). Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across systems.
- Inventory Management: Ensure effective integration of Siemens Opcenter MOM with Enterprise Warehouse Management for raw material and finished goods inventory management. Implement solutions to enhance inventory accuracy and visibility.
- Team Leadership: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the team. Lead the implementation of MES/MOM solutions, ensuring best practices are followed and project milestones are met on time.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, IT, and supply chain, to ensure the successful deployment and operation of MES/MOM systems. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Travel: Travel to the U.S. as needed to support project requirements and implementation. Engage with stakeholders and provide on-site expertise during key phases of the project.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and workflows (intra and inter functional processes and workflows) in a hybrid manufacturing environment (discrete, process manufacturing)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 11-13 years of experience in the design and configuration of MES/MOM systems, with a strong emphasis on Siemens Opcenter.
- Proficiency in customizing Siemens Opcenter using JavaScript, Java, .NET/C#, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong experience in integrating Siemens Opcenter MOM workflows with SAP S4/Hana modules, including EAM, Production Planning, Enterprise Warehouse Management, and Quality Management.
- Experience with Inductive Automation's Ignition SCADA is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel to the U.S. on a need basis.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with greenfield project setups.
- Knowledge of Lithium Iron Phosphate EV battery manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of leading and guiding teams in complex manufacturing systems implementations.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to EV battery manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience in using project management tools and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in MES/MOM technologies.
