What You'll Accomplish Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, with a focus on Staff and Principal-level full stack product engineers in the AI space Partner deeply with engineering leadership to build effective hiring plans and deliver high-quality candidates Launch and execute outbound campaigns using proven sourcing strategies Build and scale talent brand initiatives to attract top-tier technical talent Track, measure, and improve pipeline health and candidate experience What We Are Looking For: ~5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering (Staff+ level) ~ Strong sourcing ability and network within top-tier engineering talent pools, especially in AI ~ Experience working at high-growth startups or category leaders, with proven results ~ Strategic and operational mindset — able to create systems, playbooks, and iterate quickly ~ Comfortable being embedded with engineering and working cross-functionally You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: Experience partnering directly with technical leadership Ability to build trust with highly selective engineers Creativity in outreach, messaging, and brand-building Relentless drive to raise the bar on talent Comfort in ambiguity and speed — Eve moves fast Benefits: ~401(k) with company match ~ Competitive salary, meaningful equity and annual pay reviews ~ In office lunch stipend and free parking ~ Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance ~ Unlimited PTO ~$500 to build your office ~ Work with an ambitious and collaborative team driving real innovation in legal tech
