What You'll Do
  • Lead PFAS research and LCMS analytical projects from concept through completion.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Mentor and support junior scientists, helping to foster a culture of growth and inclusion.
  • Identify and implement improvements in laboratory practices and analytical methodologies.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-expert clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to proposal development, client deliverables, and technical publications.
  • Play a key role in advancing a workplace culture that values learning, innovation, and integrity.
What You'll Bring
  • PhD in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical laboratory setting.
  • Expertise with techniques such as FTIR, DSC, GCMS, LCMS, and SEM.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience working with PFAS compounds.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to scientific rigor, project leadership, and client-focused solutions.
