POSITION OVERVIEW

As a senior member of our paid media team at HIP Creative Inc., you will play a pivotal role in crafting and optimizing revolutionary campaigns that resonate deeply with our target audience. Leveraging your expertise in data-driven advertising, you will analyze metrics and insights to continuously refine and optimize campaign strategies for maximum impact and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Campaign Strategy Development: Develop innovative digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with the target audience.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analysis tools to gather insights on campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market trends and leverage these insights to optimize campaign strategies.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance across various channels to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Creative Directio n: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that effectively communicate brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Industry Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization, to stakeholders and leadership.
• Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and digital marketing platforms to support campaign objectives and drive success.
• Mentorship and Leadership : Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the paid media team, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and excellence.

• Innovative Strategies: Develop and implement creative strategies that effectively reach and engage the target audience, driving brand awareness, leads, and conversions.
• Improved Campaign Performance: Optimize campaign performance across various channels to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall campaign ROI.
• Enhanced Brand Messaging: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that effectively communicate brand values and resonate with the target audience, leading to increased brand affinity and customer loyalty.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure alignment of paid media efforts with overall business goals and objectives, fostering collaboration and synergy across marketing, design, and sales teams.
• Industry Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
• Transparent Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular and transparent reporting on campaign performance, including actionable insights and recommendations for optimization, to stakeholders and leadership.
• Efficient Budget Allocation: Manage paid media budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation to maximize campaign impact and ROI while staying within budgetary constraints.
• Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and paid media platforms to support campaign objectives and drive success.
• Overall Business Impact: Contribute to the overall success and growth of the business through impactful paid media strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on campaign strategy development, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Expertise in data analysis and insights, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and other paid media platforms.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

COMPENSATION

• $60,000- $70,000 (depending on experience)
