Senior Marketing Coordinator 

Location: Wichita, KS | Full Time- Contract to Hire | $25-$30 Hourly Compensation

AR Roofing, provides high-quality residential and commercial roofing solutions across Kansas and surrounding areas. Rooted in integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to community, we’re seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support our local marketing efforts and help us build meaningful connections with customers, partners, and the broader Wichita area. 

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Director at the Stonegrove Platform level to execute marketing initiatives that reflect our brand and drive local visibility. You’ll play a hands-on role in content creation, campaign support, and community engagement. 

What you'll be doing

• Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive qualified lead generation, brand growth, and measurable business outcomes.

• Own and optimize the company’s digital marketing presence across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, identifying opportunities to improve SEO performance and brand visibility.

• Direct the creation of compelling content, including before-and-after visuals, short-form video, and project storytelling, to highlight key wins and elevate brand identity.

• Act as a strategic partner to sales and operations teams by regularly visiting job sites, aligning marketing initiatives with business priorities, and identifying emerging content opportunities.

• Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics (KPIs), providing strategic recommendations to maximize ROI and refine campaign effectiveness.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of local marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

• A proactive, strategic thinker with demonstrated success in independently managing and growing marketing programs.

• Creative marketing professional with the ability to generate fresh concepts and lead content strategies that translate to lead generation and tangible business results.

• Highly organized and data-driven, with the ability to track performance, evaluate KPIs, and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.

• Skilled in digital marketing, content development, SEO, and social media platform optimization.

• Strong collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership in a hybrid work environment with regular on-site engagement.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead coordinator capacity

• Proven track record of independently driving successful marketing strategies with minimal oversight

• Expertise in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, content creation, and basic visual storytelling

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies

• Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and pivot as needed in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to team integration

• Proficiency with marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

• A business-focused mindset with a passion for generating results—not just exposure
