Job Title: RN – Labor, Delivery, Postpartum & Recovery (LDPRN) (with $7,500 Completion Bonus)Location: New Braunfels, TXJob Type: Travel ContractShift: 3×12 NightsPay: $2,343.60/week + $2,500 completion bonus per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts) Position Overview ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Labor, Delivery, Postpartum & Recovery (LDPRN) Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in New Braunfels, TX. The LDPRN nurse will support mothers and newborns throughout the labor, delivery, postpartum, and recovery process, ensuring the highest quality of patient care. Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive care to patients during labor, delivery, postpartum, and recovery. * Monitor maternal and fetal conditions and operate specialized equipment. * Administer medications, IV therapy, and pain management as ordered. * Assist physicians and midwives during labor, cesarean sections, and delivery procedures. * Support and educate patients and families through all stages of childbirth and recovery. * Accurately document care and maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards. Qualifications * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state eligibility. * Minimum 1–2 years of recent LDPRN/L&D nursing experience (travel experience preferred). * Current certifications: BLS and NRP required (ACLS preferred). * Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient advocacy skills. * Ability to perform effectively in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
