Principal Duties: Greet and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers. Utilize the GREAT customer service and to ensure customer engagement. Must be midwest nice and ULTRA FRIENDLY! Goes above and beyond to give great customer service. Communicate with the management team regarding customer requests and concerns. Operate the cash register, bag merchandise and properly handle different methods of payment. Maintain proper cash levels in register drawer and change machines. Follow Daily opening & Closing Checklist procedures Complete all store housekeeping functions (i.e., cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.). Stock and refill product in the register area, cold deli stations and coffee bar. Ensure coffee thermals are filled and working properly.
