Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Remote Travel Advisor to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients to plan and book their vacations, ensuring all their needs and preferences are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.
  • Design and recommend personalized vacation packages, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
  • Provide clients with detailed itineraries and relevant travel information.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements are allergy-safe and accommodate any special requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations, and promotions.
  • Assist clients with travel-related inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their trip.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals and ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to bookings and client communications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a travel agent, vacation specialist, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, especially Disney World, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts.
  • Experience with allergy-safe travel planning is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking software and online tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel or hospitality is a plus.
