Responsibilities
Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences and budget
Create detailed itineraries and travel plans to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients
Book flights, hotels, and transportation for clients, ensuring all necessary documents and information are provided
Collaborate with vendors and travel agencies to negotiate and secure competitive rates for clients
Stay up-to-date with travel trends, visa requirements, and travel advisories to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
Handle any changes or issues that may arise during travel, ensuring a quick resolution and minimal disruption to the client's plans
Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the planning process, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
Minimum of 1 year of experience in travel planning or a related role
Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and hotel chains
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Proficient in using travel booking platforms and online reservation systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and travel requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus
