Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hourly Rate: $73.11
Total Weekly Gross: $2,631.96
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery for a contract assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support physicians, and ensure safe delivery experiences for patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesAssess and evaluate patients, collaborating with physicians to support patient care plans
Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on individual patient needs
Identify patient priorities through ongoing evaluation and assessment
Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on initial and continuous assessments
Initiate assessments based on patient needs, provider diagnosis, and clinical standards
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions as needed
Manage comprehensive care for assigned patients
Ensure accurate documentation aligned with standards of care, patient acuity, and clinical priorities
Advocate for and promote evidence-based practice and innovative care approaches
Deliver patient-centered care consistent with professional nursing practice models
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory staff
