Schedule : 24 hours per week | 6:30am – 7pm

• Pay Range: Pay range: $39.29 - $46.58/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026).
• Shift Differentials and Weekend Differentials: 2:30pm – 10:30pm, $1.90 | 10:31pm -7am, $1.35 | Weekend Fri 10:31pm – Sun 11pm, $1.00.
• Department: Kresge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center| Chelsea Retirement Community.

What You’ll Do in This Role:

• At Kresge, our staff provides a unique and personal experience to each of our residents, while focusing on quality treatment and comfort.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients.
• Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or designee while independently applying advanced nursing knowledge and skills.
• Manage complex clinical situations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Use assistance or assistive equipment for tasks involving more than 50 lbs. to ensure safety.

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Active State of Michigan RN License.
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the frail and elderly.
• Tasks involving more than 50 lbs. require assistance or assistive equipment for safe performance.
