Join a growing HR team as an In-House Recruiter! In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the full-cycle recruiting experience—sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top-tier PR practitioners in the financial and professional services sectors. Your efforts will help cultivate a robust pipeline of talent, integrating new employees into our vibrant culture.   • The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $85,000, dependent on various factors, including relevant experience and skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with potential candidates, focusing on developing a strong pipeline, particularly for junior-level talent.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate strategic interviews based on candidates' backgrounds.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a premier interviewing experience.
  • Execute thorough professional reference checks, negotiate offers, and communicate with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in projects aimed at developing innovative recruiting strategies, enhancing our diverse talent pipelines, and updating job descriptions as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly within the communications field.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related discipline.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Greenhouse preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A collaborative team player, eager to work in tandem with peers.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in developing non-traditional recruiting tactics.
  • Familiarity with building diverse talent pipelines.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience in the communications sector.

Other Requirements:

  • Availability to commute as needed; candidates relocating to NYC may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
  • Willingness to engage in a comprehensive interview process (three rounds) without frequent career transitions.
