Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Work with motivated buyers and sellers ready to make a move. • Deliver a 5-star client experience from the first appointment through closing. • Leverage EmpowerHome’s advanced CRM and lead management systems to stay organized. • Host well-marketed open houses to convert high-quality leads into clients. • Build strong relationships that generate referrals and repeat business. • Participate in weekly training sessions and masterminds to sharpen your skills. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (or in progress). • Full-time commitment and a drive to succeed in a high-growth environment. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Coachable, organized, and eager to grow personally and professionally.
