● Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines calmly
Ability to stage homes and assist with physical setup/moving items as needed
● Reliable transportation and availability for local listing support
● Willingness to obtain a real estate license within 3-6 months, with support from the team

Nice-to-Haves

● Prior experience in real estate, admin, customer service, hospitality, or design
● Familiarity with CRMs and Canva
● Strong visual eye for design, presentation, and creating inviting spaces
● Social media savvy

● Hands-on learning across all sides of real estate
● Fast-paced work that makes a real impact for clients
● Path to greater financial independence
