PROVIDER RECRUITER

Full-Time Remote Hygienist: Bring Your Clinical Expertise to a Flexible Remote Recruiting Role!

JOB SUMMARY:  Implement and facilitate the full recruitment lifecycle for dental providers, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while maintaining compliance and embodying the organization's culture. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills to attract top talent, build lasting relationships, and align recruitment efforts with organizational needs. 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 years clinical experience preferred
  • 2 years experience recruiting dental or medical professionals preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with high follow-through.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation tactics.
  • Analytical skills to assess candidate fit and recruitment performance metrics.
  • Analyze data and make recommendations to improve recruiting key performance indicators.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and CRM platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of interviews and candidates efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to create and implement effective lead conversion strategies tailored to dental professionals.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and take initiative.
  • Ability to travel and serve as brand ambassador to schools, practices, and professional events for recruiting activities, as needed.
  • Adept at managing confidential information and demonstrating ethical judgment.
  • A team-oriented attitude and desire to work collaboratively with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage full recruiting lifecycle for providers from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM).
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings to assess fit with organizational values and practice needs.
  • Provide timely follow-up with candidates from all channels by effectively utilizing the candidate relationship management system and other clinical recruiting platforms.
  • Create the communications and collateral necessary to attract professional talent to the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous engagement.
  • Partner with hiring managers, regional leadership, and other stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
  • Regularly analyze recruitment metrics and present insights to leadership.
  • Collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Educate hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment strategies, market trends, and best practices.
  • Assisting and rolling out new and existing clinical recruiting programs and initiatives. 
  • Demonstrates and uses knowledge of ethical standards with respect to the fiduciary responsibilities of the organization.

Computers, productivity tools, candidate relationship management software, applicant tracking software, virtual meeting platforms, and software specific to the job assignment, network resources, Internet resources, and other hardware and software necessary to effectively and efficiently perform the functions of the job.

MENTAL DEMANDS:

  • Maintain professional composure under stress. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to speak and hear for effective communication by phone and in person at normal volumes.
  • Vision adequate to read correspondence, computer screen, forms, etc.
  • Prolonged periods at a desk and using a computer.
  • Occasional prolonged and irregular hours.
  • Sit for long periods of time, some bending, stooping and stretching.
  • Ability to lift 10-15 lbs on an occasional basis during recruiting activities.
  • Ability to travel by car and airplane within the United States. (Requires employee to provide reliable transportation, valid driver's license and car insurance; mileage and expenses reimbursed in accordance with CDP policies.)

*TRAVEL REQUIRED:

  • 10% travel, subject to change in order to meet organizational needs. 
  • Live within the Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding area (preferred)
