TOP SKILLS REQUIRED: Ideal candidate will have either paralegal, wireless leasing or title company documentation.

Top skills below:

• Proactive, takes initiative/self-starter, quick learner.
• Attention to detail – Must be able to read and understand legal real estate documents and proof them for accuracy.
• Solid user of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel especially).
• Highly organized and able to manage heavy workloads with time sensitive deadlines.
• Ability to work well with others across multiple organizations
• Ability to manage lease management and property management including but not limited to lease abstract, LL management, etc.

Comments

• Location in Mesa, AZ, selected candidate will work on-site 5xwk in office.
• Hours are 9:00a - 5:00p (no OT at this time).
• No relocation candidates and must be US citizen or national.
• Interviews will be in person.

Pay Range: $30 - $35/HR W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
