Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, organizes and monitors workflow. Detailed Duties and Responsibilities: + Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel + Establishes priorities and monitors progress + Revises schedules and resolves issues + Reports results of the processing flow on shift production summaries + Communicates with and assists other manufacturing groups as needed Required Education, Skills and Experience: + 2-3 relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment + Prior supervisory experience + Experience in production planning, time/process management + Advanced skills in MS Office suite + Ability to work a flexible schedule + Demonstrated experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment + Strong communication skills + Safety focused + Self-motivated and results driven approach **Salary Range:** $77,000.00-$102,600.000 **Pay Transparency** The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
