**Production Supervisor** **Job Description:** Seeking a candidate with experience supervising a team within the Aerospace or Fabrication Industry. Perform Production Supervision of 25 employees in either Fabrication of metal or Composite Assembly. **Responsibilities** + Supervise a team of 25 employees in the production department. + Oversee either metal fabrication or composite assembly processes. + Ensure production goals are met and maintain high standards of quality. + Monitor employee performance and provide necessary training and support. + Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations. **Essential Skills** + At least 3 years of aerospace management experience. + Experience in supervision and production management. + Knowledge of aerospace assembly processes. + Proficiency in metal fabrication and aerospace composites. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in sheet metal fabrication. + Aerospace manufacturing experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a team dedicated to excellence in aerospace manufacturing.
