Job Description
We specialize in connecting the systems used by shippers, forwarders, agents, and carriers. This integration gives them greater control over the information needed to manage supply. With our reliable and fast plugins, we help professionals reduce their reliance on spreadsheets and emails, making their work easier and more effective.
Our Values
We prioritize the following principles in everything we do—whether interacting with customers, partners, or each other. We're looking for individuals who embrace these values:
Win Together: We foster collaboration between companies, teams, and individuals. Our success comes from creating value that benefits all parties involved. We thrive on connectivity and shared success.
Own the Outcome: We each take responsibility for the impact of our work and the value we deliver to customers. We follow established processes to ensure high-quality results and continuous improvement.
Empower Our Customers: Our role is to connect our customers, their partners, and their clients. We're committed to helping them succeed by keeping our promises, meeting deadlines, and making their work easier. Our goal is long-term customer independence, achieved through great products and training.
Do It Right, On Time: We understand the critical nature of our software. When it doesn't perform, people are affected. Our priority is ensuring our software meets the needs of our users, with both quality and timeliness. We're committed to delivering on our promises and building trust.
Your Role
We place people at the center of everything we do. As a remote-first organization, we encourage our team members to think outside the box, bring their expertise, and contribute their creativity. At our company, you'll have the chance to grow, be heard, and be respected. You'll be challenged to do your best and work within a supportive and inclusive environment.
