Job Summary:

The Detective is responsible for ensuring the safety of high-profile individuals, executives, and key personnel. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and expertise in safety protocols. The Detective must possess exceptional situational awareness, strategic thinking, and the ability to respond effectively to situations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential safety threats and vulnerabilities. Analyze travel itineraries, event schedules, and daily activities to proactively address concerns.
• Close Protection: Provide close protection for executives and high-profile individuals during travel, public appearances, and daily activities. Employ defensive driving techniques and procure transportation arrangements.
• Surveillance and Monitoring: Monitor and assess the surrounding environment for potential threats. Utilize advanced surveillance techniques to identify and mitigate risks.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the executive, detective team, and relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and other professionals as necessary.
• Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios, including medical emergencies, natural disasters, and incidents. Conduct regular drills and training sessions to ensure preparedness.
• Safety Protocol Implementation: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to safeguard individuals and assets. Collaborate with other personnel to enhance overall safety measures.
• Intelligence Gathering: Stay informed about current trends, potential threats, and geopolitical developments. Gather intelligence to proactively address emerging risks.
• Travel Logistics: Plan and coordinate travel logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary management. 
• Crisis Management: Act decisively and effectively during crisis situations, implementing crisis management protocols to ensure the safety of protected individuals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in executive protection 
• Extensive knowledge of safety protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures
• Strong physical fitness and/or defensive tactics training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Education:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Salary:

• $45,000 - $55,000 annually
