Job Description

Job Title: Power BI Developer(US Citizens only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.
Transform raw data from multiple sources into structured, meaningful visualizations.
Optimize Power BI reports for performance and scalability.
Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making processes.
Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and features.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
Proficiency in DAX, Power Query M language, and building custom data models.
Experience with data visualization best practices and design principles.
Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
Ability to handle large datasets and create efficient queries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders.
Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Looker.
Experience with Python or R for data analysis and visualization (a plus).
Microsoft Power BI Certification (preferred).
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
