As a Remote Photo Editor at Generalwebers, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and perfecting images for a variety of projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and visual appeal. You will collaborate with our creative team to deliver compelling visuals that align with our brand and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Professionally edit and retouch a high volume of photographs, including but not limited to color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, resizing, and object removal/addition.
Maintain consistency in image style and quality across all projects.
Ensure all images are optimized for various platforms (web, print, social media, etc.).
Adhere to project timelines and deliver edited images efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with the latest photo editing techniques and software.
Communicate effectively with the creative team regarding project requirements and feedback.
Organize and maintain a digital asset library.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to image processing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Photo Editor with a strong portfolio demonstrating your editing skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, and image optimization techniques.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
Must possess a valid work permit and reside within the United States.
