About the role

Role: Digital Marketing Specialist: Pay Per Click

Contract Type: Remote working - Full-time (40 hours per week, 9-5pm UK time)

Salary Range: €1,400-1,900 per month, dependent on experience.

Grofuse is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a high level of experience and a proven track record in PPC advertising, independently overseeing and completing specific projects.

This role centres on delivering high-quality leads and online sales to our clients with an outstanding ROAS (return on ad spend). If you are a dynamic individual with a high level of problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, are a natural at building strong agency and internal relationships with the hunger to deliver exceptional results, then this could be the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and effectively managing multiple paid media campaigns with a focus on achieving results as per targets and managing budgets efficiently: Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Processing PPC audits for new clients
  • Establishing targets; setting and managing budgets
  • Managing Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics to set up conversions to track results
  • Create highly engaging ad copy to maximise lead generation
  • Generate strong ROAS from campaigns
  • Developing monthly reports on performance against the goals set (ROI and KPIs), work carried out, and making recommendations for improved results
  • Proactively keeping up to date with new PPC developments and technologies

About you

Essential criteria

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with managing PPC campaigns successfully
  • Excellent understanding of running pay per click campaigns efficiently and effectively (Google Ads, Meta ads and Linked advertising)
  • Strong working knowledge Web Analytics, SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
  • A proven track record in delivering results - generating leads for clients
  • A proven track record in successfully using research techniques to understand customers and markets
  • Have a strong understanding of marketing generally
  • Creativity and excellent attention to detail
  • Experienced in client account management

Essential criteria – soft skills

  • Fluent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong commercial/business awareness
  • Results driven and passionate about helping clients achieve growth through the highest quality lead generation
  • An enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills and multitasking ability
  • Strong emotional intelligence and excellent capacity for customer empathy
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a high-volume workload, short turnaround times and strict deadlines

Non-essential criteria 

  • Education to degree level in a related field
  • 3 years professional digital marketing experience in a marketing agency
  • Proficiency in graphic design
