Shift: times vary, rotating weekends, some holidays.
Consistent punctuality and attendance are a MUST.
**All new hires are required to complete training on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM for up to three weeks, or until all required training is successfully completed. This applies regardless of the assigned or offered shift. **

Standard uniform (light blue polo, black scrub bottoms or black business casual pants with belt loops, comfortable shoes)
Black belt (if wearing business casual bottoms)
Black or white socks and non-skid sole shoes
Black long-sleeved shirt may be worn under polo-style shirts and must be tucked into bottoms (undershirt may be any weight)
iPhone issued by institution.

Escorts hospital and ambulatorypatients traveling by wheelchair, stretcher or hydraulic stretcher to their destinations.
** Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)

Complete Daily Disinfection & Tracking Log for eachpatientthat isescorted from one of thePatientEntry Points to their 1st appointment/destination capturing:

** Responsibility:
**
Sanitize the wheelchair prior to eachpatientusing the Wheelchair “High-Touch” Disinfection/Inspection Protocol
Following the Equipment Checklist for AssistingPatients on and off the wheelchair
Transport eachpatientin a timely and safe manner to the initial appointment from the Entry Point.
Provide courteous and professional service to allpatients and their caregivers that equates to excellent customer service at all times
Ability to follow direction, navigate throughout the campus independently, good communication skills and great demeanor
Push 200 pounds + via a wheelchair
Minimum education: HS diploma
